Requirements for Copyright Infringement Notice

The following information must be included in your copyright infringement claim:

  2. Include complete and accurate contact information so that we may reach you, including a valid and active email address.
  3. Clearly identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, with sufficient detail, along with at least one search term under which the material appears on Get Into PC.
  4. A written statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question has not been authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law.
  5. A statement confirming that all information provided in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly being violated.
